Olney Community Library is a combination school/public library in Olney, Texas. We serve the citizens of Olney and the surrounding area and the students of Olney ISD. We are one of about 18 libraries in the state of Texas with this designation. Our library is independently owned by the library itself and sits on the campus of Olney ISD between the administration office and the Elementary school. 

Olney sits at the intersection of Highways 114 and 79, one hundred miles west of Fort Worth, forty miles south of Wichita Falls, and ninety miles northeast of Abilene.
